When I think back over the last 18 years in my career as an entrepreneur, like most of you know it’s been a complete roller coaster.

I’ve failed miserably more times than I can count.

I’ve lost millions of dollars.

I’ve made countless mistakes.

The one thing that I can say got me through all of it was the relationships I cultivated over the last couple decades.

Because of my relationships, my team, mentors, friendships... I’ve been able to persevere through all of the obstacles, overwhelm, anxiety, confusion, and pivots.

Most importantly, I truly care deeply about the people in my life.

So when I felt the calling to turn my passion project, Leaders Create Leaders into an experience it was a NO BRAINER to make it about ONE THING thing, COMMUNITY.

I know the power in proximity of powerful minds and hearts.

I have built some of the most powerful relationships in the world for our generation. It’s time for me to open up access to the network.
